Ewa to jedna z najbardziej radosnych, pięknych psów, które mamy w schronisku – zawsze gotowa na spacer, zawsze gotowa do przekazania dobrego nastroju! Jest żartobliwa, miła i przyjazna dla wszystkich ludzi, które spotyka, dzieci czy dorosłych. Na początku Ewa może spróbować trochę grać z paskiem, gdy w końcu może wyjść na spacer, którego czekała przez 24 godziny, początkowo z powodu stresu, ale także ponieważ niestety z powodu bezpieczeństwa psy nie mają zabawek w swoich klatkach.... A ponieważ Ewa to żartobliwa dziewczyna, bardzo lubi zabawki i chce mieć zabawki do gry. Lubie też grać w basenie! Ewa idzie bardzo ładnie na smyczy i często idzie na spacer z początkującymi, ponieważ nie robi dramatu podczas spacerów i jest bardzo przyjemna w obecności. Często te rasy psów mogą być zbyt intensywne dla ludzi, z ich silnymi ciałami, skaczącym lub natarczym zachowaniem, ale Ewa jest uprzejma i szanująca ludzi, nie skacze – po upływie początkowego stresu ze schroniska i po tym, gdy miała okazję przebiegnąć kilka okrążeń w ogrodzie dla psów. Po tylu latach w schronisku naprawdę czeka na dom. Pobrana dziewczyna została oddana przez swoich ludzi już w młodym wieku, a ludzie, do których została oddana, również jej nie chcieli i zostawili ją na ulicy. Idealny dom dla Ewy to blisko natury lub w miejscowości z peryferyjnego obszaru, gdzie ona i jej ludzie mogą razem chodzić w lesie. Ona się dobrze zachowuje też w mieście, więc odwiedzanie miasta i kawiarni nie stanowi problemu z Ewą, ale spacer w lesie i na plaży to ulubione miejsce Ewy – o ile może być razem z człowiekiem! Ona bardzo się motywuje na zakusy i bardzo lubi robić małe ćwiczenia z psem i zadania z ludźmi. Uczy się bardzo szybko, a motywacja na jedzenie sprawia, że uczenie się i rozwijanie z Ewą jest szczególnie łatwe. Ewa dobrze podróżuje w samochodzie i łatwo ją ze sobą zabrać. W schronisku mieszka sama, a mimo że zachowuje się uprzejmie wobec innych uprzejmych psów na ulicy i podczas spacerów, chciałaby być jedyną królową w swoim wiecznym domu. Choć Ewa jest bardzo przyjazna dla wszystkich ludzi, które spotyka, to jednak z jej mocno zbudowanym ciałem, jej idealny dom nie powinien mieć małych dzieci. Większe dzieci, które są w stanie obsługiwać psy, będą w porządku dla Ewy. Jak zwykle dla rasy, Ewa ma lekkie spondylozy w dolnej części kręgoszponu i bardzo chciałaby otrzymywać okazjonalną terapię fizyczną dla psów, tak jak otrzymuje raz na miesiąc w schronisku. Nie przyjmuje żadnych leków. Wysokość ramion Ewy wynosi około 56 cm. Dla adopcji w Hiszpanii potrzebny będzie rejestracja PPP, którą schronisko może pomóc złożyć. Ewa jest również dostępna do międzynarodowej adopcji.

Eva is one of the most cheerful, lovely dogs we have in the shelter - always ready to go for a walk, always ready to bring the good mood! She is playful, kind and friendly will all the humans she meets, children or adults. Initially, Eva can try to play a bit with her leash when she finally can go out for the walk she has been waiting 24 hours for, firstly due to stress, but also because sadly for safety reasons, the dogs do not have toys in their kennels.... And since Eva is a playful girl, she loves toys, and wishes to have toys to play with. She also loves to play in the pool! Eva walks very nicely on the leash, and often goes walking with beginners, because she makes no drama on the walks, and she is very pleasant to be around. Often, these breeds of dogs can be overwhelming for people, with their muscular bodies, jumpy or pushy behaviour, but Eva is polite and respectful with humans, not jumping around - once the initial shelter stress has passed, and she has had the chance to run a few laps in the dog park. After so many years in the shelter, she is really waiting to go home. Poor girl was already given away by her humans early in her life, and the people she was given to, also did not want her, and left her on the streets. Eva's ideal home would be near the nature or in a suburban town, where she and her humans could go for nature walks together. She behaves well also in the town, so visiting the town and cafes is not an issue with Eva, but nature, forest and beach walks are Eva's favourites - as long as she can be together with her human! She is very snack-motivated and LOVES to do little exercises of obedience and tricks with humans. She learns very quickly, and being motivated for food makes it especially easy to teach and develop together with Eva. Eva travels well in the car, and it is easy to take her along with you. In the shelter she is living by herself, and even though she behaves politely around other polite dogs on the streets and on the walks, she would like to be a single queen in her forever home. Though Eva is really nice with all the humans she meets, then still with her strong-built body, her preferred home would be without very small children. Bigger, dog experienced children would be fine for Eva. As usual for the breed, Eva has slight spondylosis in the lower back area and would love to receive occasional canine physiotherapy, like she receives once a month in the shelter as well. She does not take any medications. Her shoulder height is approximately 56cm. For adoption in Spain, a PPP registration would be needed, which the shelter can help with. Eva is also available for international adoptions.
