Eva är en av de mest glada, vackra hundarna vi har i skyddshuset – alltid redo att gå promenad, alltid redo att ge bra humör! Hon är spelaktig, god och vänlig till alla människor hon möter, barn eller vuxna. Återkommande kan Eva försöka spela lite med sin lek när hon slutligen får gå ut för den promenad hon har väntat 24 timmar på, först på grund av stress, men också tyvärr för säkerhetsskäl så har inte hundarna leksaker i sina katter.... Och eftersom Eva är en spelaktig flicka, älskar hon leksaker, och önskar att ha leksaker att leka med. Hon älskar också att leka i poolen! Eva går mycket trevligt på leken, och ofta går hon promenad med nybörjare, eftersom hon inte gör något drama på promenaderna, och hon är mycket trevlig att vara runt omkring. Ofta kan dessa raser av hundar vara överväldigande för folk, med deras muskulösa kroppar, hoppliga eller tryckande beteende, men Eva är godmodig och respektfull mot människor, hoppar inte runt – en gång efter att initiala skyddshusstressen har passerat, och hon har fått chansen att springa några varv i hundparken. Efter många år i skyddshuset är hon verkligen villig att gå hem. Den fattiga flickan blev redan gett bort av sina människor tidigt i sitt liv, och de människor hon gavs till ville inte heller henne, och lämnade henne på gatan. Evas idealiska hem skulle vara nära naturen eller i en bygd, där hon och hennes människa kunde gå naturpromenader tillsammans. Hon beter sig även bra i staden, så att besöka staden och kaféer är inget problem med Eva, men natur, skog och strandpromenader är Evas favoriter – så länge hon kan vara tillsammans med sin människa! Hon är mycket snackmotiverad och älskar att göra små övningar i lydnad och tricks med människor. Hon lär sig snabbt, och att vara motivad av mat gör det särskilt lätt att undervisa och utveckla tillsammans med Eva. Eva reser bra i bilen och det är lätt att ta med henne. I skyddshuset bor hon ensam, och även om hon beter sig artigt runt andra artiga hundar på gatan och på promenader, vill hon vara en enda drottning i sitt eviga hem. Även om Eva är riktigt fin med alla människor hon möter, så skulle hennes prefererade hem fortfarande vara utan mycket små barn på grund av hennes starka kropp. Större, hunderfarna barn skulle vara okej för Eva. Som vanligt för rasen har Eva något spondylos i under ryggområdet och skulle älska att få avslappningsbehandlingar ibland som hon får en gång per månad i skyddshuset också. Hon tar inga mediciner. Hennes skuldhöjd är ungefär 56 cm. För adoption i Spanien behövs en PPP-registrering, vilket skyddshuset kan hjälpa med. Eva är också tillgänglig för internationell adoption.

Eva is one of the most cheerful, lovely dogs we have in the shelter - always ready to go for a walk, always ready to bring the good mood! She is playful, kind and friendly will all the humans she meets, children or adults. Initially, Eva can try to play a bit with her leash when she finally can go out for the walk she has been waiting 24 hours for, firstly due to stress, but also because sadly for safety reasons, the dogs do not have toys in their kennels.... And since Eva is a playful girl, she loves toys, and wishes to have toys to play with. She also loves to play in the pool! Eva walks very nicely on the leash, and often goes walking with beginners, because she makes no drama on the walks, and she is very pleasant to be around. Often, these breeds of dogs can be overwhelming for people, with their muscular bodies, jumpy or pushy behaviour, but Eva is polite and respectful with humans, not jumping around - once the initial shelter stress has passed, and she has had the chance to run a few laps in the dog park. After so many years in the shelter, she is really waiting to go home. Poor girl was already given away by her humans early in her life, and the people she was given to, also did not want her, and left her on the streets. Eva's ideal home would be near the nature or in a suburban town, where she and her humans could go for nature walks together. She behaves well also in the town, so visiting the town and cafes is not an issue with Eva, but nature, forest and beach walks are Eva's favourites - as long as she can be together with her human! She is very snack-motivated and LOVES to do little exercises of obedience and tricks with humans. She learns very quickly, and being motivated for food makes it especially easy to teach and develop together with Eva. Eva travels well in the car, and it is easy to take her along with you. In the shelter she is living by herself, and even though she behaves politely around other polite dogs on the streets and on the walks, she would like to be a single queen in her forever home. Though Eva is really nice with all the humans she meets, then still with her strong-built body, her preferred home would be without very small children. Bigger, dog experienced children would be fine for Eva. As usual for the breed, Eva has slight spondylosis in the lower back area and would love to receive occasional canine physiotherapy, like she receives once a month in the shelter as well. She does not take any medications. Her shoulder height is approximately 56cm. For adoption in Spain, a PPP registration would be needed, which the shelter can help with. Eva is also available for international adoptions.
