Lilo przybyła w późnym lipcu 2022 z aktywnym epizodem leishmaniozy i cierpiała również na ciężką alopecję (stratę sierści) po całym ciele, szczególnie na twarzy – gdzie jej powieki były już tak uszkodzone i podrażnione, że nie mogła mrugnąć. Leczenie leishmaniozy i dermatologiczne kąpiele pomogły małemu chłopakowi odzyskać siły i jego leishmanioza jest teraz pod kontrolą. Musiał przejść operację na obu oczach, ale dziś to coś innego jest również pod kontrolą. Na początku, ze względu na swoje urazy, nie można było nawet dotknąć Lilo, ale teraz ten mały facet cieszy się każdym dotykiem do pełna i nie może mieć wystarczająco uścisków!
