Millan lives in the park with other dogs and therefore he doesn’t get out. This has given him trust issues with people and he will often shy away from volunteers if they go into the park. He will come to the fence to say hello as long as you are the other side of it. We don’t recall Millan ever going out for a proper walk. Millan is castrated.
