He can live with another dog depending on their personality, although he will want to protect his food and toys if another animal approaches him.Oscar may be able to live with a confident, dog-savvy cat who is used to dogs. However, he will chase a nervous or anxious cat, so a home without cats would likely be the safest and easiest option for him.He is a bright, loving and energetic young dog with so much potential.
