She carries herself with confidence, expects other dogs to acknowledge her position, and has no hesitation about correcting situations she does not approve of. Around other dogs, she is dominant, assertive, and extremely clear in her communication. This is not the kind of dog who quietly blends into large social groups without opinions. Sika likes structure on her terms and naturally attempts to control the environment around her. She can be demanding with other dogs and will absolutely demonstrate her bossiness if she feels challenged, ignored, or frustrated. Because of this, Sika needs a home that understands canine behaviour properly and does not underestimate the importance of management, structure, and calm leadership. She is not suited to chaotic multi dog environments where boundaries are inconsistent or poorly managed. Future adopters should be realistic about her personality and prepared to advocate for her appropriately rather than expecting her to automatically get along with every dog she meets. With humans, however, Sika is a completely different story. She is social, comfortable around people, and enjoys human interaction. Dogs with strong personalities often form especially deep bonds with their trusted humans because they value clarity, consistency, and connection. Sika feels like the sort of dog who would become intensely loyal once she feels secure and properly understood.
