Anakin arrived at our shelter after living for several months as a stray. When found, he was injured and needed to be taken in and cared for. At first, Anakin is a shy cat who requires some time to adapt to a new environment. Once he feels comfortable, however, he becomes affectionate, social, and close to humans, enjoying moments of calm and intimacy. Health-wise, Anakin is a carrier of feline AIDS. While this condition doesn’t prevent him from leading a happy life, it requires that he live exclusively indoors to preserve his health and safety. As for his compatibility with other animals, a meeting can be arranged on a case-by-case basis depending on the home and the animals already present. Anakin is seeking a calm, patient, and kind family willing to give him the time to flourish at his own pace. In return, he will finally discover the comfort of a loving home and enjoy the peaceful life he deserves.

Anakin est arrivé au refuge après avoir vécu plusieurs mois en errance. Lorsqu’il a été trouvé, il était blessé et avait besoin d’être pris en charge et soigné. C’est un chat timide au premier abord, qui a besoin d’un petit temps d’adaptation lorsqu’il découvre un nouvel environnement. Une fois en confiance, Anakin se montre toutefois affectueux, sociable et proche de l’humain, appréciant les moments de calme et de complicité. Côté santé, Anakin est porteur du Sida du chat. Cette particularité ne l’empêche pas de mener une vie heureuse, mais elle nécessite qu’il vive exclusivement en intérieur afin de préserver sa santé et sa sécurité. Concernant ses ententes, une rencontre pourra être envisagée au cas par cas en fonction du foyer et des animaux déjà présents. Anakin recherche une famille calme, patiente et bienveillante, prête à lui laisser le temps de s’épanouir à son rythme. En retour, il pourra enfin découvrir le confort d’un foyer aimant et profiter de la vie paisible qu’il mérite tant.
