A shy and reserved cat, I was brought to the shelter when my previous owners could no longer afford to care for me. I need time to warm up and trust people. Once I overcome my initial reserve, I can enjoy their attention and affection. My teeth are not the best at the moment, but the shelter is taking care of this and has already spoken to the vet. As I am anxious in new situations, I need a lot of peace and quiet and do not want small children in my new home. According to my previous owners, I have lived with other cats before and there were never any problems. Ich kam als Abgabetier ins Tierheim, da sich meine Vorbesitzer die Haltung nicht mehr leisten konnten. Am Anfang bin ich sehr zurückhaltend und schüchtern. Ich brauche sehr viel Zeit um aufzutauen und Vertrauen zu fassen. Bin ich mal über meinen Schatten gesprungen, kann ich die Aufmerksamkeit und die liebe der Menschen genießen. Meine Zähne sind aktuell noch nicht die besten, darum wird sich aber hier im Tierheim gekümmert und es ist schon mit der Tierärztin gesprochen worden. Da ich in neuen Situationen ein eher ängstlicher Kater bin, benötige ich viel Ruhe und wünsche mir in meinem neuen Zuhause keine kleinen Kinder. Laut meinen Vorbesitzer habe ich schonmal mit anderen Katzen zusammen gewohnt und es war nie ein Problem. Die Tierpfleger konnten dies aber bislang noch nicht versuchen, da ich noch etwas zu schüchtern für eine Vergesellschaftung bin. Ich wünsche mir ein Zuhause in Wohnungshaltung mit einem gesicherten Balkon oder gesichertem Freigang. Wir freuen uns, dass Sie sich für Balou interessieren.
