Yes, already optically Balthasar is something special. But also character-wise he is particularly special! He is an absolute gem! Simply just nice, open-minded, and super close with people. He would rather lie on top of them and be spoiled. This closeness to people of course also brings "negative" sides with it. He does not want any other cats around and wants the person all to himself. Maybe he could accept a dog, which would have to be tested. As a single cat suitable for apartment living and also so close to the person, of course he should not have to be alone for many hours. He is still young and full of energy, which could lead to some silly ideas ;-). Due to his energy, he also needs several scratching posts and play materials. For him, we also assume a secured balcony or another safe enclosure. He loves sunbathing! An absolute treasure! Due to his suffering characteristics (deformed ears and no hair in these), he needs regular ear care in addition, as the dirt does not remove itself independently. But he lets that be done quite well. Then send us an email with information and photos about the future care of the cat or leave a message on our answering machine. We are very happy to arrange a meeting and show you our cats as well as possible housing options. In personal conversation, we individually address you and the needs of the individual animal and find the best possible human-cat constellation with you.

Oh ja, schon optisch ist Balthasar was Besonderes. Aber auch charakterlich ist er besonders! Er ist ein absolutes Goldstück! Einfach nur nett, aufgeschlossen und super eng mit dem Menschen. Am liebsten liegt er auf ebendiesem und lässt sich verwöhnen. Diese Nähe zum Menschen bringt natürlich auch „negative“ Seiten mit sich. Er möchte keine anderen Katzen um sich haben und den Menschen ganz für sich allein. Eventuell könnte er einen Hund akzeptieren, das müsste dann getestet werden. Als Einzelkatze in Wohnungshaltung und zudem so eng mit dem Menschen sollte er natürlich auch nicht viele Stunden alleine bleiben müssen. Er ist noch jung und hat Energie, da käme er auf dumme Gedanken ;-) Aufgrund seiner Energie braucht er auch zwingend mehrere Kratzmöbel und Spielmaterial. Für ihn setzen wir auch einen gesicherten Balkon oder ein anderes sicheres Gehege voraus. Er liebt nämlich Sonnenbäder! Ein absoluter Schatz! Aufgrund seiner Qualzuchtmerkmale (verkrüppelte Ohren und keine Haare in diesen) benötigt er zusätzlich regelmäßige Ohrenpflege, da sich der Dreck nicht selbstständig entfernt. Das lässt er aber ganz gut über sich ergehen.
