Billa was rescued along with her brother Bong and 30 other dogs by a woman who brought them from a Middle Eastern country. They were living on the streets and were being shot at by the locals. They are very scared of people but are not reactive or aggressive; they just need time to trust again. Very sociable with other dogs.
