Candy is about 2.5 months old and we assume she will stay small. She is friendly and playful, but perhaps a bit shy at first. But who could blame her? Her start in life wasn't pretty. But Candy enjoys being stroked and can be easily enticed with treats. She gets along well with other dogs. Candy is looking for people who won't expect much from her at first and will show her how a normal dog life works. She is still a baby and needs to learn a lot. A little mishap shouldn't be held against her, and Candy should always be guided with a positive reinforcement training style. She is looking forward to her new life with beautiful walks in nature, many cuddle hours, and also a visit to puppy school. In the first year, puppies should not be left alone as much as possible. Additionally, the more challenging pubertal phase is approaching. The hormone chaos will turn the little Racker's life upside down. She "forgets" often what she has learned so far and her ears are on full blast. Therefore, it is especially important during this phase to be consistent— but lovingly—trained. And there is also good news: This phase will pass! Our Candy travels microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and treated for fleas to her new home. Ihre Geschichte: Die kleine Candy ist die Tochter unserer Hera. Sie wurden gemeinsam aus dem öffentlichen Shelter von Zalau gerettet. Candy ist etwa 2,5 Monate alt und wir gehen davon aus, dass sie eher klein bleiben wird. Sie ist freundlich und verspielt, anfangs aber vielleicht noch etwas schüchtern. Aber wer mag ihr das verdenken? Ihr Start ins Leben war nicht schön. Aber Candy mag es gestreichelt zu werden und lässt sich auch mit Leckerlis gut aus der Reserve locken. Mit anderen Hunden versteht sie sich gut. Candy sucht Menschen, die erstmal nichts von ihr erwarten und ihr zeigen, wie ein normales Hundeleben funktioniert. Sie ist noch ein Baby und muss noch viel lernen. Das ein oder andere Malheur sollte man ihr nicht übelnehmen und Candy stets mit einem positiv verstärkenden Erziehungsstil begleiten. Sie freut sich schon auf ihr neues Leben mit schönen Spaziergängen in der Natur, vielen Schmusestunden und auch auf einen Besuch in der Welpenschule. Im ersten Lebensjahr sollten Welpen so wenig wie möglich alleine sein. Außerdem steht die eher anstrengende Pubertätszeit bevor. Das Hormonchaos stellt das Leben der kleinen Racker auf den Kopf. Sie “vergessen” oft alles, was sie bisher gelernt haben und die Ohren schalten auf Durchzug. Daher ist es in dieser Phase besonders wichtig, konsequent – aber liebevoll – zu erziehen. Und es gibt auch eine gute Nachricht: Auch diese Phase geht vorüber! Unsere Candy reist gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt und entfloht in ihr neues Zuhause. Sie bringt ihren EU-Heimtierausweis mit und kann nach positiver Vorkontrolle und gegen eine Schutzgebühr von 500 Euro vermittelt werden. Wer schenkt Candy ein liebevolles Zuhause?
