Canela foi abandonada no abrigo pela sua "família" com a frase que ouvimos tão frequentemente - a criança tem alergia. O que nos perguntamos é que se a criança tem alergia, isso pára todo o seu amor pelo seu cão e você nunca quer vê-lo mais....? Essa é a sensação de Canela, pois ela chorava lágrimas de coração partido quando foi jogada fora como um objeto de mobília sobrante. Ela chegou a nós também durante o tempo da Parvocrise, então acabou ficando em quarentena por um longo tempo. Tempos tão terríveis para a pobre Canela. Canela é um cão que realmente, realmente quer sua própria pessoa - sim, ela vai passear com diferentes voluntários todos os dias, mas seu coração chora pela funcionária favorita, cujo rosto ela vê todos os dias, seus voluntários favoritos que gastam tempo para abraçá-la durante os passeios. Ela é verdadeiramente o melhor amigo de um humano, e cães como esses têm uma dificuldade especialmente grande vivendo no abrigo. Eles são como sombras de seus verdadeiros caracteres, até que vejam seu "próprio ser" e de repente florescem como uma bela flor. Quando Canela está com sua "família", ela é brincalhona, ama correr junto, pular ao redor de alegria como um cervo jovem. Canela vive com outros cães em grupo, com machos e fêmeas e ela é muito sociável com outros cães! Só que ela prefere comer sozinha. Ela tem pelagem tão suave e encaracolada, um lindo pelo longo em cima de suas costas. Como ela foi abandonada de maneira tão terrível, ela sofre de medo de abandono/ansiedade de separação. Para Canela estamos buscando um lar onde suas pessoas estejam juntas com ela a maior parte do tempo e que, especialmente no início, tenham tempo para fazê-la se sentir em casa. Quando você oferece algo delicioso para Canela, ela faz um truque de circo onde ela se senta no rabo e levanta suas patas dianteiras! Nossa voluntária teve tanto prazer com Canela, ela estava muito animada e feliz com a praia, escavando, perseguindo ondas, até brincando com alguns outros cães. Canela tentou brincar com pedras também, mas ouve muito bem quando você diz não. Canela é uma menina muito obediente e caminha muito bem na coleira, não se incomodando com bicicletas, patins, crianças, outros cães passando. Ela entra no carro sozinha, na viagem para a praia ela ficou um pouco nervosa, não sabendo para onde ia, mas na volta deitou-se imediatamente. A altura dos ombros é 64 cm.

Canela was abandoned to the shelter by her "family" with the statement that we hear so often - child has an allergy. What we wonder is that if the child has an allergy, does this stop all your love for your dog, and you never even want to see them anymore....? This is what Canela was feeling, as she was crying heartbroken tears when she was thrown away like a piece of leftover furniture. She arrived to us also in the Parvocrisis time, so she ended up being locked up in quarantine for a very long time. Such terrible times for poor Canela. Canela is a dog that really really wants her very own person - yes, she will go for walks with different volunteers every day, but her heart cries for her favourite employee, whose face she sees every day, her favourite volunteers who take time to cuddle her during walks. She in truly a human's best friend, and dogs like these have an especially hard time living in the shelter. They are like shadows of their true characters, until they see their "own person" and they suddenly blossom like a beautiful flower. When Canela is with her "own people", she is playful, she loves to run together, to jump around from joy like a young deer. Canela is living together with other dogs in a group, with males and females and she is nicely social with other dogs! Just her food she prefers to eat alone. She has such soft curly fur, a beautiful long coat on top of her back. As she has been abandoned in such a terrible way, then she does suffer from fear of abandonment/separation anxiety. For Canela we are looking for a home where her people would be together with her most of the time, and who will especially in the beginning have time to let her feel at home. When you offer Canela something yummy, she does a circus trick where she sits on her butt and lifts her both front paws up! Our volunteer had such a fun time together with Canela, she was very excited and happy about the beach, digging, chasing waves, even playing with a few other dogs. Canela was trying to play with rocks also, but listens very well when you tell no. Canela is a very obedient girl and walks really nice on the leash, not bothered about bikes, scoots, kids, other dogs passing. She goes into the car by herself, on the way to the beach she was a bit nervous not knowing where she was going, but on the way back laid down immediately. Her shoulder height is 64cm.
