Capitana foi resgatada da área de Beniarbeig de Marina Alta, Valência, após ser encontrada em uma estância em terras privadas. Seu companheiro estava ao lado dela, tendo tragicamente falecido, e Capitana não tinha comida nem água. Ela foi levada de volta ao pátio da APAC em um muito mau estado e levou muito cuidado e trabalho para ela se tornar a bela égua que é agora. Após sua recuperação, ela foi dada uma ótima casa com uma família em Denia, mas infelizmente, Capitana foi devolvida a nós, pois a família teve que voltar para seu país de origem e levar Capitana com eles não era possível. Capitana agora está de volta conosco e se adaptou como se nunca tivesse saído. Ela é uma égua muito feliz, agradável de montar e tem uma natureza muito calma. Ela seria uma égua maravilhosa para um cavaleiro experiente, Capitana pode ser forte às vezes, mas em geral é muito disposta a agradar. Gostaríamos de vê-la reabilitada com alguém que tenha um bom vínculo com ela, tempo para cuidar dela e onde ela possa viver em uma estância com adequado passeio. Capitana was rescued from the Beniarbeig area of Marina Alta, Valencia, after being found in a stable on private land. Her companion was laying next to her, having tragically died, and Capitana had no food or water. She was brought back to the APAC yard in a terrible state and it has taken a lot of care and work for her to become the gorgeous horse she is now. After her recovery she was given a wonderful home with a family in Denia, but sadly, Capitana was returned to us, as the family had to move back to their home country and taking Capitana with them was not possible. Capitana is now back with us, and settled in like she has never been away. She is a very happy mare, lovely to ride and has a very calm nature. She would be an amazing horse for an experienced rider, Capitana can be strong at times but in general is very willing to please. We would like to see her rehomed with someone who has a good bond with her, time to care for her and where she can live in a stable with adequate turn out. She is good with other horses and used to living in a herd.
