Cariad is completely house trained, sleeps lovely through the night on the sofa and loves to play by herself with her toys and her chews and then loves a cuddle on the sofa with her fosterers. She travels lovely in the car and loves going out for walks and having the zoomies. Cariad is strong on the lead and this will need continued work. When she sees dogs out and about she minds her own business and will occasionally want to say hello but generally Cariad prefers just hanging out with us humans and having all of the attention to herself. Cariad is a very loving girl, she can be left home alone for a couple of hours in the living room with some music on with no issues, adores food (she actually needs to loose a couple of kg currently!) however, she can be a little worried by strangers or the vets approaching her head on over her head before she has made herself aquatinted, so although she presents as a very confident girl, she does have some insecurities that need some reassurance and to take it slow with her initially, once she has built the relationship with you, she is happy for all of this. Cariad really is a special girl and is going to make some lucky family super happy! Cariad is a beautiful, loving Dalmatian who is looking for a new home to call her own. Cariad, which is welsh for love, has come to us through no fault of her own and is currently in one of our lovely foster homes where she is doing great. Cariad is looking for a new home where she can be the only dog in the home, she can have friends out and about but can be dog selective, however, she isn't reactive and is more human focused. Cariad has been around lots of children in her previous home but we are now looking for any children in her new home to be older secondary aged as she can be worried occasionally but also wants to sit on you and be super close for cuddles (no personal space!!) too so can be too much for youngsters!
