Dnipro. Chappa doesn't bark for no reason. This little one is a good bell, but she only makes a fuss when her territory is really violated. She will ring out loudly and purposefully to announce guests to the good people who will feed her, put her in a warm kennel (NOT on a chain) and thank her for her service by scratching behind her ear. Chappa has lived in the Fidelity shelter since childhood, gets along well with other dogs, is friendly to people, is spayed, treated, and vaccinated on schedule.
