CIS arrived at our shelter from ul.Głuskiej, and is an untrusting brown dog. Not every dog extends a paw for a handshake right away. Some hearts are more wounded, more cautious – but that doesn’t mean they can’t love. CIS is one of those dogs that are still learning to trust. It’s a challenge, but also a huge opportunity – for him and for someone who decides to take that journey with him. He is beautiful, dignified, brown like autumn leaves, and sharp as few. His intelligence shines from his eyes – he understands more than his body lets on, but for now, he has learned to defend himself instead of trusting. He shows no mercy to strangers, but with those he’s already known, he begins to open up. And that’s a sign that his story doesn’t have to end at the animal shelter. CIS has a huge potential. He’s curious about the world, loves his food (which gives hope for future training!), and we discover new, good sides of him every day. He needs a person who doesn’t expect quick results but is ready to give him time, space, and a lot of patience. Someone who instead of demanding – will show, teach, and understand.

Cis trafił do schroniska z ul.Głuskiej, jest psiakiem nieufnym o rudej maści. Nie każdy pies od razu wyciąga łapę na zgodę. Niektóre serca są bardziej poranione, bardziej ostrożne – ale to nie znaczy, że nie potrafią kochać. Cis jest jednym z tych psów, które dopiero uczą się ufać. To wyzwanie, ale i ogromna szansa – dla niego i dla kogoś, kto zdecyduje się podjąć tę drogę razem z nim. Jest piękny, dostojny, rudy jak jesienne liście i bystry jak mało kto. Inteligencja aż bije mu z oczu – rozumie więcej, niż mówi jego ciało, ale na razie nauczył się bronić zamiast ufać. Z obcymi nie ma litości, ale wobec tych, których już poznał, zaczyna się otwierać. A to znak, że jego historia wcale nie musi kończyć się w schronisku. Cis ma ogromny potencjał. Jest ciekawy świata, uwielbia jedzenie (co daje nadzieję na przyszłe treningi!), a my każdego dnia odkrywamy w nim nowe, dobre strony. Potrzebuje człowieka, który nie oczekuje szybkich efektów, ale jest gotów dać mu czas, przestrzeń i mnóstwo cierpliwości. Kogoś, kto zamiast wymagać – będzie pokazywać, uczyć i rozumieć.
