It's harder for him as he needs a GPP license. Draco is happy when he goes out of his cage, when he is with you and you take him for a walk. His eyes sparkle and he has a beautiful smile. But when he has to go back he gets very nervous; he bites the leash and doesn't know how to handle the anxiety.
