Support and Health How much training will I need? Needs some support Can I be left alone? Potentially, once settled Earl will need any home alone training starting from the beginning. He has shown he can settle in one of our on site offices, when he has a comfy bed and a long lasting chew. Do I have any medical conditions? Existing conditions Earl has a current medical condition, namely stitches on a small wound, that will require consideration before this pet is rehomed. Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome them and you are a successful match. We would also advise that any medical conditions, be that historic or ongoing, are discussed with your own vet prior to taking them home. Who I can live with Can I live with dogs? No Can I live with cats? No Can I live with small pets? No Additional information Earl has shown he has good social skills around other dogs, he greets them calmly and often asks to play. Earl is generally good at reading if other dogs want to play, but his energy levels may be too over the top for some dogs. We feel he would benefit from social walks with calm dogs, as well as play buddies if they are comfortable with his energy. Family and environment What kind of family am I looking for? Any children in Earl’s new home need to be aged 5+, who are comfortable with larger dogs. Earl is a very sociable chap, he often heads over to introduce himself to people and show off his tricks. Earl’s such a lovable boy who has full body wiggles when he sees his people and will nestle into you for a fuss! What type of environment would suit me? Earl is a young and energetic lurcher, who will need a secure and private garden to burn off his energy in. A safe outdoor space will allow Earl to play with his toys, he particularly enjoys throwing them up in the air and chasing tennis balls. About Earl Meet the Merle Earl! This chap is full of beans and the odd bit of cheese! He is fun, whacky and quite the social butterfly. When he’s not flinging around toys or making dog friends on his walks, Earl loves to snuggle up as close as physically possible to his people on a sofa.
