Eve é um filhote pequeno a médio, de alta energia, cruzado collie whippet com 2,5 anos de idade e está em nosso cuidado desde abril de 2023. Ela foi encontrada como cão abandonado, os donos foram localizados mas se recusaram a levá-la de volta. Eve é muito afetuosa com aqueles que conhece e responde bem à treinamento, sendo motivada por comida e ansiosa para agradar. Ela adora brincar com brinquedos, bem como buscar e luta. Ela é boa na caixa e não tem ansiedade de separação. Eve é limpa no seu quarto de cães, o treinamento em um ambiente doméstico deve ser fácil. Ela adora suas caminhadas, é excelente usando um halter, mas pode ficar empolgada quando encontra coisas novas. Ela late para outros cães quando está presa, de forma não agressiva, tipo frustração. Ela puxa fortemente para chegar aos outros e late muito, isso nem sempre para quando eles se encontram. Eve teve brincadeiras sem coleira com outros cães nos canis e tudo foi bem. Às vezes ela tenta lamber as pessoas enquanto passa por elas e é geralmente amigável, mas se alguém se aproximar muito rápido ou falar em voz muito insistente ela latirá para elas e ficará irritada (acho que ela acha isso ameaçador). Ela precisa de algumas caminhadas decentes por dia ou, se houver outro cão divertido e energético em casa, Eve libera energia brincando e não precisa de tantas caminhadas diárias. Eve adora abraços e se aconchegará no sofá. Eve requer uma casa em uma área rural tranquila ou campesina e fica sobrecarregada se muitas pessoas entrarem e saírem da casa, então ela requer uma casa com uma pessoa ou casal. Eve não se dá bem com todos os cães, mas já foi kennelada com vários outros cães e se deu bem com todos eles. Ela não gosta de todos os cães, mas não há padrão, por exemplo, tamanho, raça ou sexo, o mais divertido e energético parece ser seus favoritos. Saberemos imediatamente se ela se dará bem com o seu cachorro. Eve é uma menina ótima, é muito leal e será uma companheira maravilhosa, mas precisa de tempo para se acostumar e não muitas aventuras no início. Eve foi esterilizada, microchipada, totalmente vacinada incluindo KC, tratada contra vermes e pulgas. Visitas à casa e taxa de adoção se aplicam. Por favor, note que estamos em North Cork e os adotantes devem estar dispostos a vir até nossos canis para conhecer os cães e, se aplicável, trazer seu próprio cão com eles. Eve is a small to medium sized, high energy, collie whippet x who is 2.5 years old and been in our care since April 2023. She was found as a stray, owners were located who refused to take her back. Eve is very affectionate to those she knows, and responds well to training, being food motivated and eager to please. She loves to play with toys, as well as fetch and tug of war. She is good in the crate and does not have separation anxiety. Eve is clean in her kennel house training in a home environment should be easy . She loves her walks, is excellent using a halti but can get excited when she encounters new things. She will bark at other dogs when on lead, in a non-aggressive frustration type of way. She will pull hard to get to them and bark a lot, this doesn’t always stop when they meet. Eve has had off lead play with other dogs at the kennels and all has been fine. She sometimes tries to lick people as she passes them and is generally friendly, but if someone approaches her too fast or talks in an overly pushy voice she will bark at them and get annoyed (I think she finds this threatening). She does need a decent couple of walks per day or if another playful energetic dog in the home Eve burns off energy playing and does not need as many daily walks. Eve loves to cuddle and will cosy up on the sofa. Eve requires a home in a quiet rural or country area and gets overwhelmed if too many people are coming and going in a home hence she requires a home with one person or a couple. Eve does not get on with all dogs but has been kenneled with various other dogs and got on great with them all. She does not like all dogs but there is no pattern e.g. certain size, breed or sex, the more playful energetic dog seems to be her favorites. We will know straight away if she will get on with your dog. Eve is a lovely girl, she is very loyal and will be a lovely companion but needs time to settle and not too many adventures to begin with.. Eve is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated including KC, worm and flea treated. Home visit and adoption fee apply.
