Flokati is a lovable cat that always looks like she's just woken up from a deep sleep. Her grumpy expression is deceiving as Flokati is actually a cheerful and friendly cat who isn't too pushy. She probably escaped or was no longer wanted in her previous home. When found, Flokati was partially matted, unspayed, and unidentified. She has had vet and grooming visits, as well as a short stay at the cat house. There, she did quite well after some initial difficulties and got along with the other cats. Unfortunately, she developed diarrhea and we had to isolate her for special feeding (and give her another generous trim). Flokati can live with other cats in general, as long as she gets easily digestible food initially. We hope that Flokati's digestion recovers through a slow transition of food and gut repair with probiotics so she won't have any problems in the future. Overall, Flokati is very sweet, rather quiet, and uncomplicated. She enjoys attention and petting but also likes to retreat for a nap. We don't know if she knows children; we can only imagine

Auf eine liebenswerte Art sieht Flokati immer ein wenig aus, als wäre sie gerade aus dem Tiefschlaf erwacht. Ihr grummeliger Blick täuscht, denn Flokati ist eigentlich eine Frohnatur. Sie ist freundlich und aufgeschlossen, aber nicht allzu aufdringlich. Vermutlich ist sie aus ihrem ehemaligen Zuhause entwischt oder war dort nicht mehr gewollt. Als sie gefunden wurde, war Flokati teilweise verfilzt, nicht kastriert und auch nicht gekennzeichnet. Tierarzt- und Friseurbesuch liegen nun hinter ihr, ebenso wie ein kurzer Aufenthalt im Katzenhaus. Dort hat es Flokati nach ein paar anfänglichen Startschwierigkeiten ganz gut gefallen und sie arrangierte sich auch mit den anderen Katzen. Insgesamt ist Flokati sehr lieb, eher ruhig und unkompliziert. Sie freut sich über Aufmerksamkeit und Streicheleinheiten, zieht sich aber auch mal für ein Schläfchen zurück.
