Harley is a gorgeous 2-year-old Miniature Poodle with a huge personality and the happiest, bounciest approach to life. She is extremely friendly and social with everyone she meets, greeting people with full-body excitement and plenty of enthusiasm. Harley loves being around her people and is happiest when she can be involved, whether that’s following you around the house, curling up beside you on the sofa, or enjoying gentle contact and fuss. Harley is a playful, energetic girl who loves her rope toy, tug of war, fetch and being chased around in a game. She has a cheeky sense of fun and may try to tease you with her toy before darting away again. She also loves running around the garden, sniffing, playing and burning off some of her energy, so she would really enjoy a garden of her own where she can zoom about safely. Out and about, Harley is bright, curious and excited by the world. She likes to stop and watch people and would love to say hello to everyone she passes. She can be bouncy and energetic on lead. At home, she is still learning to feel secure when left alone, so she will need a patient family who can build up her alone-time gradually and help her settle at her own pace. She settles beautifully overnight when sleeping in the bedroom with her foster carers and loves having her bed nearby while they work. Harley can live with primary school-aged children and could share her home with dogs and cats who are comfortable around a bouncy, energetic dog.
