Ibara is a real cat lady. She has beautiful, shiny black fur and that special charm that's hard to ignore. She's a nice, friendly cat who really values human company and enjoys making contact with people. Ibara is also a real chatterbox! She has her own opinion and doesn't hesitate to express it. She's happy to have little cat conversations with people, as if she wants to tell them everything that happened that day. Adoption Guide: We invite you to fill out the pre-adoption questionnaire and come to the shelter with it already filled out: Please note: If you decide to adopt a cat or are considering it, be sure to bring a cat carrier or transport bag with you to the shelter. Before adoption, make sure your home/apartment is safe and properly prepared to receive a new family member. Remember to secure windows and balconies. If you have a resident cat, bring FIV and FeLV test results.
