Ilani est une chienne vive et joueuse, toujours partante quand il s’agit de bouger, réfléchir ou partager un moment avec son humain. Elle ne paraît pas ok congénère ni ok avec les chats. Sensible par nature, Ilani peut parfois se montrer un peu anxieuse face à la nouveauté ou aux environnements trop agités — un trait que les connaisseurs de la race reconnaîtront facilement.
