Meet Jesse, 5 year old male, neutered, vaccinated and chipped, a truly special classic tuxedo gentleman who is ready to find a peaceful place to call home. With his dashing black & white markings, striking green eyes, and bright white paws, he is as handsome as he is gentle. Favourite Things: Quiet chin scratches, gentle head rubs, and sunbathing. Or having lots of fuss from his male owner. Favourite Spot: Tucked safely behind a favourite armchair or watching the world from his cat tree or sunny window sill. Jesse is a sensitive soul who has mastered the art of quiet observation. When meeting new people or navigating a busy room, his first instinct is to find a safe haven—usually tucked away snugly behind a chair or sofa but don't let his initial shyness fool you! Jesse has a wonderful hidden side just waiting for the right person. Once he realises you are a gentle friend, he will bravely step out to request his absolute favourite things: head rubs and chin scratches. Winning over his trust takes a little bit of time, but the moment he leans into your hand for a scratch, you'll know you've made a friend for life. His ideal home would be a quiet, predictable household with a relaxed routine. High-traffic homes with lots of sudden noise will likely feel overwhelming for him. Once fully settled Jesse will require a safe, secure garden where he can step outside, stretch his legs, and explore nature at his own pace. He needs a compassionate, patient adopter who understands that the best friendships take time to grow and is happy to let Jesse set the pace. He seems to like men more than women. Dogs: Jesse is not keen on high-energy dogs. However, he could potentially live with a very calm, cat-savvy dog after a slow, properly managed introduction. Because he is a timid guy, a home with older, quiet children, or an adults-only home would suit him best. A home that can provide plenty of cozy indoor hiding spots alongside access to his secure garden. Is he the cat for you.
