A calm, predictable environment and access to a secure outdoor space would help Jim feel safer while he explores the world around him. Jim cannot live with other dogs, cats or small furries, and any children in the home would need to be older secondary-school age and able to respect his boundaries. Jim may need extra time and reassurance compared with some dogs, but with the right people by his side, he can continue building trust and confidence.
