Usposobienie: Bardzo pogodny psiak, w typie rasy beagle. Kajtek lubi spacerki, a jeszcze bardziej lubi gdy towarzyszy mu szarpak trzymany w pysku. Kajtek nie pogardzi też dobrym smakołykiem. Pies sam znajduje sobie zajęcie. Jak to beagle na spacerze interesuje go przede wszystkim otoczenie, a opiekun jest zdecydowanie na trzecim miejscu, bo drugie zajmuje szarpak.
