Kicia is a joyful, social two-year-old cat who loves playtime and being carried. In the cage, she can become stressed and may swat with her paw, but outside of that, she shows a completely different side. We will fully understand her character only when she leaves the shelter and settles into a home. We are convinced that in a calm environment, with her own corner and a normal life by her human’s side, she will flourish and show how wonderful a cat she can be. Affectionately, we call her Baryłka, because in her previous home she had gained a bit of weight. With more movement and play, she will surely return to her best form. Kicia sometimes has a slight cough or sneezes occasionally. Tests revealed Pasteurella multocida, a common bacteria found in cats. According to the veterinarian, the symptoms are associated with an overgrowth of tissue in the upper respiratory tract and may flare up periodically. On a daily basis, Kicia functions normally, has a good appetite, is active, and full of life. She does not require any medications. We are looking for a quiet home, either permanent or temporary, without small children, that will give her a sense of security and time to adapt. Kicia is sterilized and vaccinated, with negative FIV and FeLV test results.

Kicia to wesoła, kontaktowa dwulatka, która lubi zabawę i być noszona na rękach. W klatce bywa zestresowana i potrafi pacnąć łapką, ale poza nią pokazuje zupełnie inne oblicze. W pełni jej charakter poznamy dopiero wtedy, gdy opuści azyl i zamieszka w domu. Jesteśmy przekonani, że w spokojnym otoczeniu, mając swój własny kąt i normalne życie u boku swojego człowieka, rozkwitnie i pokaże, jak cudowną jest kotką. Pieszczotliwie nazywamy ją Baryłką, ponieważ w poprzednim domu trochę przybrała na wadze. Przy większej ilości ruchu i zabawy z pewnością wróci do swojej najlepszej formy.Kicia czasami bywa lekko zachrypnięta lub sporadycznie pokasłuje. W badaniach wykryto bakterię Pasteurella multocida, powszechnie występującą u kotów. Według lekarza weterynarii objawy związane są z przerostem tkanek w górnych drogach oddechowych i mogą okresowo nawracać. Na co dzień Kicia funkcjonuje normalnie, ma dobry apetyt, jest aktywna i pełna życia. Nie wymaga podawania żadnych leków. Szukamy dla niej spokojnego domu stałego bądź tymczasowego bez małych dzieci, który da jej poczucie bezpieczeństwa i czas na adaptację. Kicia jest wysterylizowana i zaszczepiona, ma ujemne testy FIV i FeLV.
