Kip is a young, timid cat who will need time and patience. He still doesn't let himself be petted much. He was found outside with his brother and sisters, so a home with an outdoor space is desired so he can flourish. Please note that a signed and dated certificate of commitment and knowledge, dated at least 7 days, is required for adoption.
