Her story: The stream-lined Loni with the long snout belongs to the so-called shadow dogs… those that are never seen and that no one perceives. As you walk through the corridor, you think the kennel of Loni is empty. Only when you look closely do you see that the delicate female dog is desperately pressing herself against the hut wall, hoping not to be discovered… Loni is completely overwhelmed by the situation at the shelter and wants to dissolve into thin air. We therefore hope very much that Loni can be helped and that she gets a chance to recover and regain her spirits. The young female dog has her whole life ahead of her and we wish her very much that she may experience how beautiful an appropriate dog life can be. Loni is currently approximately 1.5 – 2 years old and has a pleasant, medium size of about 45 – 50 cm with about 18 kg. Unfortunately, we have never seen Loni standing. Based on the head shape and the long snout, Loni could possibly have some sighthound-like genes, such as Galgo. For Loni, we wish for a patient, friendly, and loving interaction with experienced people who have no expectations of her and who are not intimidated by setbacks. Children should not live in the household or should already be older and know how to handle dogs respectfully. Loni is looking for a quiet home, preferably rural, with an enclosed garden and enough retreat possibilities if it gets too restless. She should always be allowed to set her own pace and be able to decide what is doable or not for her.

Ihre Geschichte: Die gestromte Loni mit der langen Schnauze gehört zu den sogenannten Schattenhunden… Diejenigen, die man nie sieht und die auch niemand wahrnimmt. Wenn man durch den Gang geht, denkt man, der Zwinger von Loni ist leer. Erst wenn man genau schaut, sieht man, dass sich die zarte Hündin völlig verzweifelt an die Hüttenwand drückt und hofft, nicht entdeckt zu werden… Loni ist komplett überfordert mit der Situation im Shelter und möchte sich in Luft auflösen. Wir hoffen daher sehr, dass Loni geholfen werden kann und sie bald eine Chance bekommt, sich zu erholen und wieder Lebensmut zu bekommen. Die junge Hündin hat ihr ganzes Leben noch vor sich und wir wünschen ihr sehr, dass sie erfahren darf, wie schön ein artgerechtes Hundeleben sein kann. Loni ist aktuell ca. 1,5 – 2 Jahre alt und hat eine angenehme, mittlere Größe von ca. 45 – 50 cm mit ca.18 kg. Leider haben wir Loni noch nie stehend gesehen. Anhand der Kopfform und der langen Schnauze, könnte Loni evtl. etwas Windhundartiges in ihren Genen tragen, Galgo z.B. Für Loni wünschen wir uns einen geduldigen, freundlichen und liebevollen Umgang von erfahrenen Menschen, die keine Erwartungen an sie haben und die sich von Rückschritten nicht beeindrucken lassen. Kinder sollten nicht im Haushalt leben oder schon älter sein und den respektvollen Umgang mit Hunden kennen. Loni sucht ein ruhiges Zuhause, eher ländlich, mit einem eingezäunten Garten und genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, falls es ihr zu unruhig wird. Sie sollte stets selber das Tempo vorgeben dürfen und entscheiden können, was für sie machbar ist oder nicht. Ein souveräner Ersthund könnte ihr die Eingewöhnung erleichtern, das ist aber kein Muss für die
