Support and Health How much training will I need? Needs ongoing support Can I be left alone? No Max currently finds being left home alone quite stressful, so he is looking for a family where someone is home for most of the day to help him settle in and build his confidence. With time, a consistent routine and gradual training, he may become more comfortable being left for short periods, but this is something that will need to be worked on once he has fully settled into his new home. Do I have any medical conditions? History of Max has historic medical conditions, namely an ear infection that will require consideration before this pet is rehomed. Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome them and you are a successful match. We would also advise that any medical conditions, be that historic or ongoing, are discussed with your own vet prior to taking them home. Who I can live with Can I live with dogs? No Can I live with cats? Yes, conditionally - Max has lived with cats previously so he has the potential to again, but will need gradual and managed interactions Can I live with small pets? No Additional information Max can be worried around other dogs and would prefer to keep to himself on walks, much preferring to spend the time with his favourite people. Family and environment What kind of family am I looking for? Max can live with children aged 11+. He can be worried of new people but with time and space, he will warm up. Once he’s got to know you he adores being with his favourite people and is a super affection boy who loves to play and be involved in whatever you’re doing. What type of environment would suit me? Max needs a fully enclosed garden with 6ft fencing where he is able to run off his zoomies and chase his tennis ball. It also gives him a comfortable, safe space for when he’s feeling a little worried of the outside world. About Max Handsome Max is on the lookout for his forever family!
