OKSANA 6U – female dog, neutered, shoulder height ca. 45 – 50 cm, born ca. 2018/2019, animal shelter PT. We visit this anxious female dog in her enclosure. There she clings to her caregiver and wants to be as little touched as possible by us. Her senior companion, FADO, is the exact opposite, and when he steps between us, she allows a brief touch. He builds a bridge to us for her. There is no aggression in play, only a lot of fear in her eyes. We hope she gets her chance and is allowed to build trust with people in a quieter environment. Oksana 6U – Hündin, kastriert, Schulterhöhe ca. 45 – 50 cm, geboren ca. 2018/2019, Tierheim PT. Wir besuchen diese ängstliche Hündin in ihrem Zwinger. Dort schmiegt sie sich an ihre Pflegerin und möchte von uns möglichst nicht berührt werden. Der Senior FADO, ihr Zwingergenosse, ist genau das Gegenteil und als er sich zwischen uns schiebt, lässt sie sich kurz berühren. Er baut ihr quasi eine Brücke zu uns. Es ist keinerlei Aggressivität im Spiel, nur viel Angst in ihren Augen. Wir hoffen, dass sie ihre Chance bekommt und in ruhiger Umgebung Vertrauen zu Menschen aufbauen darf. (03/2023 M/SG)
