A male unneutered mixed breed dog, approximately 6 months old, with a current height of 30cm and weight of 5kg, was found in a plastic bag in a thicket on July 24, 2026, and brought to the Buftea animal shelter. A wound on his leg, approximately 6cm long, was immediately treated and medically cared for. The shelter is now seeking a foster or permanent home for Struppi to prevent him from spending the rest of his puppyhood in the shelter. On September 26, 2026, Struppi was finally able to travel to a foster home in 67685 Weilerbach.
