We unfortunately can't know what the small male dog has experienced so far. The more important thing is that his switches for the future are optimally set. A Jack-Russel-Terrier-Mix needs a lot of movement and action. Mental stimulation is also essential for him. For this reason, his new home should offer him plenty of freedom, but also boundaries and rules, so that Tarzan doesn't get lost in the endless jungle. Are you the saving vine for our Tarzan?
