Toffee ist ein etwa 8 Jahre alter, kleiner Rüde – und man erkennt schnell, dass vermutlich ein Jack Russell Terrier in ihm steckt: aufmerksam, clever, selbstbewusst und mit dem typischen Terrier-Charme. Trotz seiner langen Zeit in der Tötungsstation hat er sich seine Lebensfreude bewahrt. Inzwischen ist Toffee kastriert, gechipt und geimpft und zeigt sich als aufgeschlossener, menschenbezogener Hund, der genau weiß, was er will. Er ist freundlich und verträglich, bringt aber durchaus Terrier-Charakter mit – also kein Hund, der einfach nur „mitläuft“, sondern einer, der gerne mitdenkt und klare, souveräne Menschen an seiner Seite braucht. Für Toffee suchen wir ein Zuhause bei Menschen, die Freude an einem klugen, charakterstarken kleinen Hund haben und ihm mit Geduld, Struktur und Herz begegnen.
