Walker é um lindo Lurcher de 3 anos que adora ser acarinhado e gosta da atenção das pessoas, mostrando rapidamente seu lado carinhoso assim que se sente confortável. Embora Walker tenha convivido com outros cães, ele pode às vezes ser hesitante, então ele precisará ser o único cachorro em sua casa por enquanto, com muitas oportunidades de socializar uma vez que esteja se sentido mais à vontade. Walker demonstrou que pode ter dificuldades quando fica sozinho, então ele precisará de um lar paciente que possa gradualmente aumentar sua confiança em ficar sozinho e ajudá-lo a se sentir seguro em seu ambiente. Ele também pode achar ambientes movimentados sobrecarregantes às vezes, então um lar calmo e compreensivo será o ideal para ele. Ele é um garoto animado que pode pular quando estiver empolgado, então ele será melhor adequado a uma família com crianças com mais de 10 anos que sejam confiantes com cães mais animados. Como Walker chegou ao abrigo sem histórico de casa, ele precisará de ajuda com seus básicos, incluindo treinamento para ir ao banheiro, mas ele AMA seus petiscos, o que ajudará no treinamento!

Walker is a stunning 3-year-old Lurcher who adores a fuss and enjoys attention from people, quickly showing his affectionate side once he feels comfortable. Whilst Walker has mixed with other dogs, he can be unsure at times, so he will need to be the only dog in his home for now with plenty of opportunities to socialise once he's settled. Walker has shown that he can struggle when left alone, so he will need a patient home that can gradually build up his confidence with being alone and help him feel secure in his environment. He can also find busy surroundings overwhelming at times, so a calm and understanding home will suit him best. He is an excitable boy who may jump up when excited, so he would be best suited to a home with children aged 10+ who are confident around more bouncy dogs. As Walker has come into is with no home history he will need help with his basics, including housetraining, but he LOVES his treats which will help with any training!
