Batzi is unfortunately blind, but he can compensate for this well, and if the person adjusts to establishing acoustic signals, it isn't a problem at all. He reacts, as is understandable, sometimes fearfully or cautiously, and so far, he hasn't become very accustomed to the proximity of people. But we are working on that! We are surprised by how well he orients himself while on a leash and has almost no problems. Many rituals should be established in the new home, and it would be good if there were few or, at least, secure stairs, and a garden would certainly be very nice for him. Border Collie is generally compatible (mostly) no children, few or secure stairs, a garden, and a quiet environment (no city). This animal can be anxious in unfamiliar situations.

Batzi ist leider blind, aber er kann das gut kompensieren und wenn sich der Mensch darauf einstellt, akustische Signale zu etablieren, ist das überhaupt kein Problem. Er reagiert, was verständlich ist, mal ängstlich bzw. vorsichtig und ist bis dato noch nicht so an die Nähe des Menschen gewöhnt. Aber daran arbeiten wir! Erstaunt sind wir, wie gut er sich beim Gassigehen am Halter orientiert und hier fast keine Probleme hat. Im neuen Zuhause sollten viele Rituale etabliert werden und es wäre gut, wenn es wenige oder zumindest gesicherte Treppen gäbe, und ein Garten wäre sicherlich sehr schön für ihn. Border Collie verträglich (meist) keine Kinder, wenig Treppen, Garten und verkehrsberuhigtes Umfeld (keine Stadt)
