Bella is about 2 – year old, 10 – kilogram female dog. A Ukrainian stray dog, sister of Umka, who already found a home. Due to her shyness, she is not suitable for a home with small children. She requires patience and work. Bella nicely opens up to another dog, approaches to play, wants to run and be wild on walks. She loved long walks. After longer contact with a person, she allows to be petted and slowly becomes trustful. In the temporary home, thanks to behavioral work, it was possible to get rid of the fear of people. Further diagnostics showed, however, that Bella DOES NOT HEAR! Thus we found the basis of her fear and insecurity in open spaces. Everything points to the fact that previously her sister Umka fulfilled the role of a hearing guide in the world. With Umka, Bella felt more secure. At this moment, Bella is confident when a human guide leads her on a leash - such control provides her support. However, when the leash disappears, her confidence disappears as well... Additionally, Bella has problems with settling down - which often manifests in the morning, destroying objects. Introducing a crate kennel as a place for night rest could be a solution. At the same time, Bella is a very sensitive, beloved little dog, a wonderful walking companion - she loves being active and exploring. There is no problem in establishing contact with other dogs, although of course she needs some time for that. We are urgently looking for a forever home for Bella with another, friendly dog (or several dogs) - as well as a patient, willing to work with a fearful dog caregiver.

Bella to około 2 – letnia, 10 – kilogramowa suczka. Psia uchodźczyni z Ukrainy, siostra Umki, która już znalazła dom. Z uwagi na swoją lękowość nie nadaje się do domu z małymi dziećmi. Wymaga cierpliwości i pracy. Bella pięknie otwiera się przy innym psie, zaczepia do zabawy, chce biegać i szaleć na spacerze. Polubiła długie spacery. Po dłuższym kontakcie z człowiekiem daje się głaskać i powoli przekonuję się do niego. W domu tymczasowym, dzięki pracy behawioralnej, udało się pozbyć strachu przed ludźmi. Dalsza diagnostyka wykazała jednak… że Bella NIE SŁYSZY! Tym samym poznaliśmy podłoże jej lęku i niepewności na otwartej przestrzeni. Wszystko wskazuje na to, że wcześniej jej siostra Umka pełniła rolę słyszącej przewodniczki po świecie. Z Umką Bella czuła się pewniej. W tym momencie Bella jest pewna siebie, gdy ludzki przewodnik prowadzi ją na smyczy – taka kontrola zapewnia jej wsparcie. Jednak gdy smycz znika, znika jej też pewność siebie… Dodatkowo Bella ma problemy z wyciszeniem – co manifestuje często nad ranem, niszcząc przedmioty. Rozwiązaniem mogłoby być wprowadzenie klatki kenelowej jako miejsca nocnego odpoczynku. Jednocześnie Bella to bardzo wrażliwy, kochany piesek, cudowna towarzyszka spacerów – kocha być w ruchu i eksplorować. Nie ma problemu w nawiązywaniu kontaktu z innymi psami, choć oczywiście potrzebuje na to nieco czasu. PILNIE szukamy Belli domu Z DRUGIM, PRZYJAZNYM PSEM (lub z kilkoma psami) – oraz cierpliwego, gotowego na pracę z psem lękowym opiekuna.
