Homeless animals, specifically dogs, can be seen everywhere in Romania. Since homeless dogs move freely around the area and most of them are still unspayed, new homeless animal puppies are constantly being born. Often, the mother dogs come to give birth in places where some kind of shelter and food is available. One such place is a party venue located near the main road, which is managed by Carpen shelter. The area nearby has safe hiding places, and due to the parties, there is a lot of trash and other edible items, so new mother dogs with their puppies can be found there as well. In the summer of 2021, three mothers with their puppies were staying at the same time in the yard of the party venue. Since there were a total of 18 puppies, the owners of the location called Carmen, who maintains Carpen garden, for help. Therefore, Carmen spayed the mothers and took the puppies to safety at her garden. Eino, Enni and Elma are part of that group of 18 puppies. They grew up as shelter kennel puppies and became young adults, which is why they are very unfamiliar with anything outside of the shelter. Therefore, everything new and strange excites them. Strangers interest them greatly, and after a short time of observing, they will come to eat treats from your hand. However, actual physical contact still scares them. They are more relaxed with people they know, but even then, they do not approach to be touched themselves. Eino is the boldest of the puppies and is the first one of the trio to approach even strangers. They are not really shy, and it's likely that with the help of a bold dog companion, they would become more comfortable in a home or foster home quite quickly.

Romaniassa kodittomia koiria näkee kaikkialla. Koska kodittomat koirat liikkuvat alueilla vapaasti ja heistä suurin osa on edelleen leikkaamattomia, syntyy uusia kodittomia pentuja aivan jatkuvasti. Usein emot hakeutuvat synnyttämään pentunsa paikkoihin, joissa on edes jonkinlaista suojaa ja ravintoa tarjolla. Yksi tällaisista paikoista on Carpen tarhalle johtavan maantien varrella sijaitseva juhlapaikka. Paikan lähettyvillä on suojaisia piilopaikkoja ja juhlien myötä paljon roskaa ja muuta syötävää, joten alueelta löytyy tuon tuostakin uusi emo pentuineen. Kesällä 2021 juhlapaikan pihalla majaili samanaikaisesti peräti kolme emoa pentujensa kanssa. Koska pentuja oli yhteensä huimat 18 kappaletta, soittivat paikan omistajat Carpen tarhan ylläpitäjälle Carmenille apua saadakseen. Niinpä Carmen steriloi emot ja haki pennut turvaan tarhalleen. Eino, Enni ja Elma ovat osa tuota 18 pennun porukkaa. He ehtivät kasvaa tarhalla pennuista nuoriksi aikuisiksi ja ovat tästä johtuen kovin tottumattomia kaikkeen häkin ulkopuoliseen. Niinpä ymmärrettävästi kaikki uusi ja ihmeellinen jännittää heitä. Vieraat ihmiset kiinnostavat heitä kovasti ja jo hetken ihmettelyn jälkeen he käyvät syömässä herkkuja kädestä. Varsinainen koskeminen kuitenkin jännittää heitä. Tuttujen kanssa he ovat rennompia, mutta eivät silloinkaan tule itse koskettaviksi. Eino on pennuista reippain ja tulee kolmikosta ensimmäisenä ihmettelemään vieraitakin lähempää. He eivät varsinaisesti ole arkoja ja onkin todennäköistä, että reippaan koirakaverin avustuksella he reipastuisivat kodissa tai kotihoitopaikassa melko nopeasti.
