Carl Ludwig Schleich We have hoped very much that our dear Finn would still be able to spend a beautiful life with his new family, and that has come true. Wonderful people have taken him in. We thank them greatly and wish him a wonderful time with them!!! Dear senior friends, my name is Finn and I am a mixed-breed male dog, the size of a sheepdog. We older animals often have it tough finding a new home. Many people are afraid of potential vet costs or because they don’t know what the animal has already gone through. But one shouldn’t let that discourage them, because we older animals are great companions with hearts of gold. We are often calmer and more even-tempered than a young animal. I, for my part, am already a proud 17 years old. I had to witness the loss of my beloved mistress and am now completely alone in the world. Now I am waiting for loving people to adopt me so that I don’t have to spend my last years in the shelter. I am very friendly and clingy and am looking for a lot of love. I am also well-trained, house-trained, and get along well with other dogs. I know what life in a house with a garden is like, but most of all, I would like a warm spot to call my own on my old age.
