Adopt QUEENY
Fêmea
The two rabbits QUEENY (white-black) and "Schorschi" (black) were both born in early 2022 and were independently surrendered to our shelter, where they got to know and love each other. The two want to stay together and are looking for a new home. Unfortunately, the two hoppers are chronic snuffles. As a "color dwarf," with her one kilo of body weight, QUEENY also has tooth problems. Her teeth don't have enough room in her much too small head and must be trimmed by a vet about every two to three weeks. Opposites attract, as they say. So, Schorschi, the large rabbit, tips the scales at a proud 4.5 kilos. Nevertheless, he also has both chronic snuffles and tooth problems. Recently, his cheek teeth had to be extracted. Due to their ailments, QUEENY and Schorschi need gnawing food and cannot be kept outdoors all year round. They are looking for a home suitable for apartment living, but of course, they would be happy if they are allowed to spend time in an outdoor run during nice weather in the summer. QUEENY and Schorschi are two friendly, outgoing, and extremely lovable little gold treasures. We would be overjoyed if they found a nice home despite their health issues. All our rabbits are vaccinated against RHD 1 and 2 as well as against Myxomatosis. The minimum size for a run for two active rabbits is 6 square meters.
