Adopt Schorsch

At a wooden pile, Schorsch was discovered in bitter cold a few weeks ago—emaciated and sick, he sat shivering there. At the animal shelter Melle, he had to be immediately taken to the clinic. We fattened up the skinny fellow, and Schorsch made the most of his chance. Medications and good food have made the grayish kitten shine again. Unfortunately, we haven't managed to fully win Schorsch's trust yet. Currently, he prefers to be in his den when we're around, but we can clearly see that Schorsch is very active in his cat house otherwise. We estimate Schorsch to be around 7 years old. He is looking for a quiet home where, after settling in, he will also want to go outside.

An einem Holzstoß wurde Schorsch vor einigen Wochen in bitterer Kälte entdeckt – abgemagert und krank saß er dort zitternd. Im Tierheim Melle musste er somit direkt in die Krankenstation. Wir päppelten den dünnen Kerl wieder auf und Schorsch nutzte seine Chance. Medikamente und gutes Futter lassen das Grautigerchen heute wieder erstrahlen. Leider ist es uns noch nicht wirklich gelungen Schorsch Vertrauen so richtig zu gewinnen. Momentan liegt er am liebsten in seiner Höhle wenn wir da sind aber wir bekommen sehr wohl mit, dass Schorsch ansonsten sehr aktiv in seiner Katzenstube ist. Schorsch schätzen wir auf ca. 7 Jahre. Er sucht ein ruhiges Zuhause in dem er nach der Eingewöhnung auf jeden Fall auch wieder nach draußen gehen möchte.
