Adopt Simba

Simba is a young Amstaff raised in isolation, confined on a balcony between the sun and the cold, without shelter or stimulation. Her life was spent waiting, interrupted only by a report of abuse. This lack of experiences translates into initial shyness that may seem distrust. Simba simply needs time to study who is in front of her; she is not a dog that gives herself immediately, she needs to understand she can trust. Once the bond is established, however, she becomes affectionate and easy to handle. For her, we are looking for a situation that respects this need for gradualness. Simba does not need pity for her past, but a solid presence that allows her to recover the lost time and finally live outside those few square meters of concrete.

Simba è una giovane Amstaff cresciuta in isolamento, confinata su un balcone tra il sole e il gelo, senza un riparo e senza stimoli. La sua è stata un'esistenza passata nell'attesa, interrotta solo grazie a una segnalazione per maltrattamento. Questa mancanza di esperienze si traduce oggi in una timidezza iniziale che può sembrare diffidenza. Simba ha semplicemente bisogno di tempo per studiare chi ha davanti; non è un cane che si concede subito, deve capire di potersi fidare. Una volta stabilito il legame, però, si rivela affettuosa e di facile gestione. Per lei cerchiamo una situazione che rispetti questa sua necessità di gradualità. Simba non ha bisogno di pietà per il suo passato, ma di una presenza solida che le permetta di recuperare il tempo perduto e di vivere finalmente fuori da quei pochi metri quadrati di cemento.
