Asta a fost lăsat în urmă de familia lui care nu mai putea să-l aibă, pentru că a crescut prea mare. În mod evident femeia bătrână din familie l-a luat ca câine de mic și a crezut că va fi un Yorkshire. Bineînțeles că nu este deloc un Yorkshire, iar coada lui este mai mare decât cea a unui Yorkshire! Asta este un câine WOW, arată atât de spectaculos special, ca o amestecatură între un wolfdog cu un pic de Podenco Ratonero dar și Dogo Argentino. Nu știm cu adevărat ce rasă este, dar arată atât de frumos și puternic, ca un câine pe care l-ai vedea în filme de fantalie epice, mers prin pădurile vaste. Înălțimea umerilor lui este de 64 cm, iar chiar dacă este mare, merge foarte bine la leash, și în mare parte rămâne liniștit alături de tine. Când vede alt câine prietenos, este fericit să zică salut atât către câinii bătrâni, cât și femele, și se planifică să trăiască alături de un grup de femele curând. Asta îl ascultă bine pe numele lui și vine la tine când îl cheamă. Îi place mâncarea, dar nu e obsedat de ea, așa că este foarte plăcut să faci exerciții de antrenament ușoare cu el, fără ca acesta să devină excesiv de excitat. Asta a fost lăsat în adăpost cu o listă lungă cu lucrurile pe care le iubește și cum a trăit înainte într-o casă, dar ceea ce familia nu a menționat este că Asta are o malformație a oaselor femurului pe piciorul din spate drept. Trăiește bine cu asta, merge și alergă bine, dar pentru a-i oferi o viață lungă și fericită, traumatologul a recomandat o intervenție chirurgicală asupra piciorului, care va fi urmată de terapie fizică, așa că poate dezvolta mușchi pe acea parte a corpului, și curând să alerge mai confortabil. Adăpostul îl va îngriji pe cont propriu, este disponibil pentru adoptare înainte de intervenție, ceea ce nu este un problemă.

Asta was left behind by his family who could not have him anymore, because he grew too big. Apparently the elderly woman of the family got him as a puppy and thought he will be a Yorkshire. Well, Yorkshire he is definitely not, and his tail is bigger than a Yorkshire! Asta is a WOW dog, he looks so stunningly special, like a mixture of a wolfdog with a bit of Podenco Ratonero but also Dogo Argentino. We don't really know what breed he is but he looks so beautiful and mighty, like a dog that you would see in epic fantasy movies, walking in the wild forests. Asta's shoulder height is 64cm, and even though he is big, he walks very well on the leash, and most of the time stays calmly walking by your side. When he sees another friendly kind dog, he is happy to say hello both to nice male and female dogs, and he is planned to live together with a group of females soon. Asta listens well to his name and comes to you when you call him. He does like snacks, but he does not get obsessed about them, so it is very nice to do little training exercise with him, without him getting overly excited. Asta was left in the shelter with a long list of things he likes and how he has lived before in a home, but what the family did not mention, is that Asta has a femur bone malformation on his back right leg. He lives well with it, walks and runs well, but to give him a long happy life ahead, traumatologist has advised to operate on the leg, which will be followed by physiotherapy, so he can grow muscles on that side of his body, and soon to run more comfortably. The shelter will be taking care of his operation and therapy, he is also available for adoption before the surgery, that is not a problem.
