Luna de la voluntarul Liz... Luna am întâlnit-o în noiembrie anul trecut (2025). Era atât de rău încât am petrecut un timp suplimentar pentru a o consola și a merge cu ea. În ciuda cum s-ar fi simțit, era plăcut de mers. O fetiță frumoasă veselă, care nu trăgea la coardă și se bucura de plimbări. Am fost atât de surprins să văd că nu fusese adoptată când am revenit în ianuarie. De asemenea, arăta mult mai bine, pielea ei s-a îmbunătățit semnificativ și a câștigat greutate. Ea era exact cum o aminteam, dar și mai jucăușă și energică. Știți, unele câini sunt prea entuziasmate când ieșesc și sunt o povară de mers. Dar această micuță doar se bucură de timpul petrecut afară. Mirosă iarba ca și cum ar fi prima dată. Și vine pentru un îmbrățișare din când în când, ca și cum ar vrea să-ți spună cât de bine se simte afară. Când am venit înapoi, am avut niște momente bune de îmbrățișare, este genul de câine care se apropie de tine. Știu că este favorită de mulți dintre voluntari. Nu înțeleg de ce nu a fost adoptată. Luna are cel mai minunat chip mic și maniere potrivite, ar trebui să fie deja plecată. Luna are leishmanioză, dar această afecțiune poate fi gestionată cu medicamente orale și câinii cu această afecțiune pot duce o viață normală. Luna by Volunteer Liz... Luna I first met her last November (2025). She was looking so bad because of the Leishmania back then that I spent some extra time to comfort her and walk with her. Despite how she must have felt, she was lovely to walk. A nice little joyful girl, who didn't pull on the lead and enjoyed her walks. I was so surprised to see she had not been adopted when I returned in January She also looked so much better her skin had greatly improved and she had gained weight . She was just as I remembered, but even more playful and lively. You know, some of the dogs are overenthusiastic when they get out and they're a handful to walk. But this little girl is just really enjoying her time outside. She smells the grass like its her first time. And she comes over for a cuddle every now and then, like she wants to tell you what a great time she’s having outside. When I came back, we had ourselves some nice cuddle time, she is the lean-into-you type I know she is a favorite with many of the volunteers. I don’t understand why she hasn’t been adopted. Luna has the most adorable little face and proper manners she should have been long gone. Luna has leishmaniasis but this condition can be managed with oral medication and dogs with the condition can lead a normal life .
