A kind lady saw him, and the chain was removed. For the first time, Noddy felt grass beneath his paws without restriction. He felt gentle hands. He heard kind voices. A whole new world opened up, but when you’ve never seen the world before, it can feel overwhelming.Noddy is not broken. He is simply inexperienced. He is safe now and cared for, but he is still learning. Sometimes he pauses, trying to understand what is expected.
