În august 2017, Poppy a fost abandonată la adăpost împreună cu fratele și surorile ei. Puii erau prietenoși și în stare bună de sănătate, dar aceasta nu ar fi durat mult dacă ar fi fost lăsați să trăiască pe stradă. Pe măsură ce creștea, Poppy a devenit și mai prietenoasă și mai comunicativă. Este o fetiță foarte entuziastă, iubește pe toată lumea și totul în jurul ei, iar coada îi stă într-una în mișcare.

In August of 2017, Poppy, was dumped at the shelter with her brother and sisters. The pups were friendly and in good health but this wouldn't have lasted long if they had been left to a life on the streets. As Poppy grew she just got friendlier and more outgoing. She is such an enthusiastic girl, loves everyone and everything and her tail never stops wagging.
