Reba este un câine inteligent, social, prietenos și frumos dintr-un amestec de Labrador. Are aproximativ 6 ani și cântărește 30 de kilograme. Credem că ar putea fi ok în oraș, dar probabil va trăi mai bine într-o zonă rurală și știm că i-ar plăcea să alerge într-un grădină sigură și încercuită. Este ok cu ceilalți câini pe care i-a cunoscut până acum la adăpost și, în momentul de față, împarte spațiul cu Poseidon, câinele nostru frumos shepherd german. Dar va avea nevoie de o cunoaștere adecvată cu noi câini. Această fată va avea nevoie cu siguranță de cineva care este dispus să lucreze cu ea atât fizic, cât și mental, pentru că este o fată foarte inteligentă cu energie, așa că are nevoie să lucreze! Cu privire la copiii – este mai bine dacă sunt mai mari, pentru că este destul de mare și veselă și ar putea să le gonească pe cele mai mici. Reba nu-i place cățelușii de la adăpost și, prin urmare, nu ar trebui să trăiască în aceeași casă cu un pisic. Nu știm nimic despre trecutul ei și nu știm dacă a trăit vreodată într-o casă (probabil nu), așa că familia ei viitoare va trebui să fie răbdătoare și să o ajute să învețe. Reba arrived at the shelter in September 2023 looking like life had been anything but kind. She was painfully skinny, frightened of everything, and clearly hadn’t known much love. But even then, there was something in her eyes that said she hadn’t given up. Everyone thought she’d be one of the first to find a home. We were wrong. Nearly three years later, Reba is still waiting. She’s everything you’d expect from a Labrador-type girl. Loyal. Gentle. Affectionate. The kind of dog who doesn’t need much, just people to love, walks to enjoy, and a sofa she can finally call her own. She’s great with other dogs, prefers a cat-free home, and absolutely comes alive when she’s out on a walk with her favourite humans. Every trip outside is the highlight of her day. The hardest part? When the walk ends, Reba goes back to her kennel. Every. Single. Time. She deserves so much more than watching life happen through the bars of a cage.
