Her story: Gentle Amany is seeking a quiet, loving home—with animal company and no outdoor access. Amany is approximately 8 years old and a very special feline girl. She has had quite the life and bears a visible mark from it: she has lost her left eye. But this hardly affects her daily life. Amany moves confidently in her familiar surroundings, is cautious but not fearful. On her foster home, she shows herself to be friendly, calm, and social. She gets along well with other cats and has even met dogs there—positively. Therefore, Amany will not be rehomed in single-housing but is looking for a home with at least one other social animal. Amany should not be given outdoor access, as her disability is too great. Instead, she is looking forward to a safe, lovingly furnished home where she can relax and take her time. Before Amany moves into her new home, she, like all our cats and tomcats, will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and treated for fleas. And she will also be tested negative for FIV and FeLV. Even her EU pet passport will be packed, and she can travel with a positive result. A foster home could also be a stepping stone to her new life. Who will gift this gentle soul a new chapter full of love, security, and affection?

Ihre Geschichte: Sanfte Amany sucht ein ruhiges, liebevolles Zuhause – mit tierischer Gesellschaft und ohne Freigang. Amany ist etwa 8 Jahre alt und ein ganz besonderes Katzenmädchen. Sie hat in ihrem Leben schon einiges erlebt und trägt davon ein sichtbares Zeichen: Sie hat ihr linkes Auge verloren. Doch das beeinträchtigt sie im Alltag kaum. Amany bewegt sich sicher in ihrer gewohnten Umgebung, ist vorsichtig, aber nicht ängstlich. Auf ihrer Pflegestelle zeigt sie sich als freundlich, ruhig und sozial. Sie kommt gut mit anderen Katzen zurecht und hat dort auch bereits Hunde kennengelernt – mit positiven Erfahrungen. Deshalb wird Amany nicht in Einzelhaltung vermittelt, sondern sucht ein Zuhause mit mindestens einem weiteren sozialen Tier. Freigang soll Amany keinen mehr bekommen, dafür ist ihr Handicap zu groß. Umso mehr freut sie sich über ein sicheres, liebevoll eingerichtetes Zuhause, in dem sie zur Ruhe kommen kann und in ihrem Tempo ankommen darf. Bevor Amany in ihr neues Zuhause umzieht, wird sie, wie all unsere Katzen und Kater, kastriert, gechippt, geimpft, entwurmt und entfloht. Und ist negativ auf FIV und FeLV getestet. Auch ihren EU-Heimtierausweis packt sie ins Köfferchen und kann nach einer positiven Vorkontrolle gegen eine Schutzgebühr von 250 Euro in ihr neues Zuhause ziehen.
