Curious, cuddly, and in search of closeness – it's clear how much he enjoys human affection. As soon as someone comes near, he gently seeks the connection and is happy for every pat. The start of life wasn't easy for the little guy: he lived on a one-meter-long chain with an older man, day and night outdoors – without protection from rain, cold, or heat. A loving woman found out about him, took him in, and brought him to our shelter, where he finally gets the chance for a new start. Currently, Ayo still isn't fully compatible with other dogs – not out of aggression, but likely due to being overwhelmed. Life in freedom, movement, and community is still new to him. With a bit of patience and targeted training, this can develop well. His behavior with cats has not been tested yet. As the sweet scruffy head hasn't had the chance to learn much so far, he still needs to discover the entire dog 101 step by step: house training, leash walking, basic commands, and everyday routines are still at the very beginning. We are therefore looking for people who are willing to work with him lovingly and consistently, to accompany him safely – and to enjoy showing a young dog the joys of life. With the right guidance, a safe home, Ayo will certainly be a faithful companion for life. Whoever gives him a fair chance gets a real heart dog – small in size, oversized in potential. Ayo can be neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and treated for fleas after a positive evaluation. The adoption fee is 500 Euros. He brings his EU pet passport of course. Seine Geschichte: Ayo ist mit seinen 9 Monaten ein ganz besonderer kleiner Kerl. Neugierig, verschmust und auf der Suche nach Nähe – man merkt sofort, wie sehr er menschliche Zuwendung genießt. Sobald jemand in seine Nähe kommt, sucht er sanft den Kontakt und freut sich über jede Streicheleinheit. Der Start ins Leben war für den kleinen Burschen kein Zuckerschlecken: Er lebte an einer nur einen Meter langen Kette bei einem älteren Mann, Tag und Nacht draußen – ohne Schutz vor Regen, Kälte oder Hitze. Eine tierliebe Frau erfuhr von ihm, nahm ihn auf und brachte ihn schließlich in unser Shelter, wo er nun endlich die Chance auf einen Neustart bekommt. Mit anderen Hunden zeigt sich Ayo deshalb aktuell noch nicht durchgängig verträglich – nicht aus Aggression, sondern vermutlich aus Überforderung. Das Leben in Freiheit, in Bewegung, in Gemeinschaft ist für ihn noch neu. Mit etwas Geduld und gezieltem Training kann sich das aber gut entwickeln. Sein Verhalten mit Katzen wurde bisher nicht getestet. Da der süße Zottelkopf bisher keine Möglichkeit hatte, viel zu lernen, muss er das gesamte Hunde-Einmaleins noch Schritt für Schritt entdecken: Stubenreinheit, Leinenlaufen, Grundkommandos und Alltagsroutinen stehen noch ganz am Anfang. Wir suchen daher Menschen, die bereit sind, liebevoll und konsequent mit ihm zu arbeiten, ihn sicher zu begleiten – und dabei Freude daran haben, einem jungen Hund das Leben zu zeigen. Mit der richtigen Anleitung, einem sicheren Zuhause wird Ayo mit Sicherheit ein treuer Begleiter fürs Leben. Wer ihm eine faire Chance gibt, bekommt einen echten Herzenshund – klein im Format, übergroß im Potenzial. Ayo kann nach positiver Vorkontrolle ausreisen. Er wird bei Ausreise kastriert, gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt und entfloht. Die Schutzgebühr beträgt 500 Euro. Seinen EU-Heimtierausweis bringt er natürlich mit.
