Bob is a sweet boy but can be nervous of new people, especially around men. Bob is currently under training to help to reduce his nervousness around men and new people, his new family will need to be patient and may need to have extra meets to ensure that he is familiar of everyone in the house before he goes home. Bob will need continuous training to help with his socialisation skills. Once bob is comfortable his goofy personality soon comes out, he loves to play with his toys and all of the staff here. Bob loves his walks, due to his size he can be strong on the lead but with a little more training that would improve. Bob loves his treats and enrichment activities in between walks. Bob is a clever boy as he already knows a few tricks such as sit, down and paw. Bob needs an adult only home where he can have plenty of space to settle in and gain more confidence. He will need an experienced home that has had large breed dogs before and can handle his size and boisterous behaviour once he is settled. Bob has interacted well with dogs whilst in our care, he is still only young so he does like to bounce around and try and play with dogs. Further training is needed to help him improve his manners. Bob could potentially be rehomed with another dog – subject to a successful meet.
